Question: Once my payment has been processed how will I get my documents?
Answer: Your documents are held for you in our secure Members Area. Once your payment is complete, be on the lookout for an email from us which contains the login details for the Members Area and you’ll be able to download your documents immediately.
If you don’t immediately see the email – please check your Junk or Spam folder, and remember to add our email address to your whitelist.
Question: I still can’t see the email, how do I get my documents?
Answer: Two common reasons for people not receiving email from us are :
(a) The e-mail address entered during the order process was incorrect; or
(b) the e-mail was directed into your spam folder. Please check your spam folder first.
If you still can’t find the email, contact us on 1800 608 088 and we will sort the problem immediately.
Question: What do I do if I can’t find the exact document I need ?
Answer: Briefly outline your needs in an email via the contact us page. If we find this type of document has a commercial application for our customers, we will consider having one of our consulting lawyers draft the agreement. Alternatively we may refer you directly to a lawyer we have worked with in the past who would be delighted to assist you.
Question: Will I be able to edit the document once I have downloaded it?
Answer: Yes, the documents come to you in easy to edit MS Word format.
Question: What if I don’t have MS Word?
Google docs is a good option.
Question: What if I have a Mac?
Download Open Office, there is an option to download the Mac OS version.
Question: What if I have an older version of MS Word?
Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack is the solution. (It’s free !)
Question: I don’t have a credit card, but would like to buy a document from you. What do I do?
We also accept Paypal and Direct Deposit. If you would prefer to pay via cheque please call our office and we can arrange that.

DRS is basically a referral to Australian lawyers, and is a fixed price service per party for this service, no surprises!
