Nothing in life remains the same. Where circumstances have changed since entering into a Contract, be it a Service Contract, Contract for Sale of Land or Rental Agreement, it is a good idea to document the changes that you have agreed to.
This Amendment to Contract can be used where parties to a Contract have agreed to amend or vary certain terms of the Contract. You can also use it to add additional clauses to the Contract or delete any provisions that no longer apply.
