Use this agreement when a Carrier such as an aircraft operator or another passenger carrier such as a bus company agrees to carry passengers from one destination to another. This agreement defines the rights obligations of each party under contract and will provide you with strong legal recourse in the event of a misunderstanding arising and/or the other party fails to fulfil its obligations while under contract.
