Description

This particular agreement is an agreement between the employer and the employee where the parties agree that the employer will pay for certain training on behalf of the employee, on the strict understanding that the employee pays a certain percentage of the training costs by deduction through their pay. Furthermore the employee agrees to stay with the employer for a  specified period  after the completion date of the course so the employer has time to recoup the cost of its investment in the employee..

If the employee decides to leave within a certain specified period  the employee is in default of an essential obligation under this Agreement and they agree to reimburse the employer for the full cost of the course less any monies previously deducted from the employees wages.
