Use this Exclusive agency agreement where one party “the Principal” grants an other party “the Agent” the exclusive authority to find customers for, and sell the products or services of “the principal” in return for payment on a commission basis.
This document defines the terms and conditions under which “the principal” appoints the Exclusive Agent and can easily be modified to spell out specific duties or define a territory. Your agency agreement will provide you with strong legal recourse should a misunderstanding arise and/or the other party fails to fulfil its obligations while under contract.
