Retail lease disclosure statements for Victoria. Compliant with the Retail Leases Act 2003 and the Retail leases Regulations 2013
The two disclosure statements detail all financial items which a tenant might be expected to pay. These relate to important aspects of the lease, such as annual maintenance and repair of the building as well as rates, taxes, levies, rent and other outgoings.
Victoria has two statements One for premises located in a shopping centre and the other where the shop premises are not located in a shopping centre as prescribed in the Retail Leases Regulations 2013.
