Progress payment towards Binding Financial Agreement Legal Review Service.
The fixed fee for this service will be $3490 inc GST.
The legal review service includes a redraft of your BFA and Legal advice from two independent lawyers, one for each party. This advice will give you a comprehensive understanding of whether signing the agreement is to your advantage or disadvantage, and how your rights under the Family Law Act will be impacted by this contract.
In particular, the purpose of this advice is to ensure you fully understand the document terms and have all the necessary information to make an informed choice about entering into this agreement.
