Use this Labour Hire Agreement whenever one party (the Labour Hire Company) enters into an arrangement to supply personnel to its Client on an hourly basis over a set period.
The document governs the relationship between the parties and covers considerations such as fees payable, occupational health and safety, insurance, timesheets, confidential information limitations of liability and much more.
The second document in this pack defines the duties, hourly rate, superannuation, travel and accommodation expenses, etc of each employee in much the same way as would be set out in a service agreement. The two documents work in conjunction with each other to provide comprehensive protections for the Labour Hire Company, its employees and the Client.
