Description
The Landlord and the Tenant may use this Variation of a lease form whenever they agree to vary the terms of an existing lease without needing to draft a new lease.
Common reasons for varying the lease might be to record:
- A change in the term of the lease
- the exercise of an option for renewal
- a change of ownership (landlord)
- a change in rent or
- changes to the permitted use
Of course there are numerous other reasons one might want to alter an existing lease.
